Team Ovrheat Racing is a student-led STEM engineering team from The Ardee School, New Delhi, competing in STEM Racing India 2026. We are a unit built on precision, innovation, and the relentless pursuit of victory — here to prove what Indian STEM racing teams are truly capable of on the global stage.
The name "Ovrheat" means exactly what it sounds like — we push past the point where others stop. We are thinkers, designers, and engineers who refuse to settle for average. We embrace being underestimated, using discipline, creativity, and teamwork to turn doubt into performance and ambition into results.
We exist to challenge misconceptions — to show that Indian STEM racing teams are capable of competing, and winning, on the global stage. We push past limits, rise under pressure, and intend to set a new standard for what teams like us can achieve.

STEM Racing is a global competition where student teams design, manufacture, test, and race miniature CO2-powered Formula 1 cars. Beyond engineering, teams develop real enterprise skills — from sponsorship and marketing to project management. Engineering excellence meets real-world business.
Our car is the result of months of CAD modelling, CFD simulation, and iterative refinement — every design decision optimised for one purpose: competitive performance.
Our design process balances aerodynamic efficiency with structural integrity. CAD modelling and CFD analysis guide every iteration — reducing drag, maximising straight-line speed, and preserving stability through cornering.
Brainstorming aerodynamic concepts, researching past winners, establishing design principles and team roles.
Developing 3D models in CAD, running initial CFD simulations, and refining geometry based on aerodynamic outputs.
Finalising the CAD model for manufacture — preparing CNC toolpaths, material specifications, and quality tolerances.
CNC machining of final components, quality control inspection, assembly, and surface finishing.
